Your entrance is the first thing your guests will see on your special day and this a1 wall sign is the perfect way to welcome guests and set the tone on your very important day.
Our signs are made of premium 3mm acrylic, and layered with 3mm acrylic letters.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks notice for signage. 
  • Acrylic signs come with 3D/raised acrylic lettering that is individually cut and adhered on.
  • Proofs will be emailed before production for approval.

Once order is placed you will be supplied with a digital draft and allowed 1 change. 
Any changes thereafter to the design, including any guest or table number changes will incur a $35 amendment fee.
Once order is finalised and production is started no further alterations are allowed to be made to the order.
PLEASE NOTE: The colours shown on our website is to be used as a guide only and only showcases the colours we have available. Colours may vary between each sign and no two signs will ever be an identical match with each other, or to the colours we offer. Any colour you view online will naturally differ to the true colour of our materials due to the individual settings of everyone's screen monitors. To view the colours as accurately as possible, feel free to get in touch to see our hard samples.

PRODUCTION TIME: 2-4 WEEKS

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:

Production time is between 1-3 days. this includes us designing your items, time in production and packaging your items ready to be shipped out for delivery. Most of the time your items will be turned over sooner than excepted. Please select express shipping via checkout if you need your items posted urgently. Please note that selecting express shipping, does not cut down the processing time, this option only guarantees your item will arrive to you within 1-3 business days once posted.

CUSTOM ITEMS

When we are creating a design from scratch or personalising a design we will be sure to send you a proof before we make it to confirm you are happy with the product, the quicker we get the approval from you, the quicker we will get it made and sent.

Please note: We do not send proofs for our listed items these are only sent for custom or personalised orders. When personalising your order please double check all spelling as we will copy the text exactly to what we see.

RETURNS/ FAULTY PRODUCTS

We do not accept returns on custom-made items. If you receive your item and it has broken in the post, please send a message straight away so we can get it replaced for you as soon as possible. Thank you for supporting our small business and we look forward to creating your special piece. ♥
