Our postage costs are outlined below:

• $15.00 flat rate for standard shipping 
• $20.00 flat rate for Express

We use Australia Post to ship all our orders.
Our processing times are 1-3 Business Days unless specified. 

We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.

In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage and we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

Pickups

We currently offer pickup. However we are limited to room to safely store orders, so please collect within 2 days of your order being ready. When your order is ready you will notified your order is ready for collection.
